Hello,

      My name is Allan Ward, in 1991 I sustained a fourth and fifth cervical injury. Over several years my neck injury became arthritic, throughout the years I worked like anyone else and I gained an incredible amount of pain, I did not realize at the time that neglecting this injury would invite the hardship that I endured over many years.
